We dug into J&J’s past revealing the company’s leadership as a trailblazer of the relationship corporations should have with the social impact sphere over its 143 years of history. Through an interactive journey across past and emerging eras of impact, participants engaged in a series of exercises built around strategic tensions and trade-offs, challenging them to make choices about what the future should look like. This retroactive look led us to name what J&J’s leadership should be today, and what role GCI should play in it.
